Set up AD Recycle Bin today using the following -

I will have to say I am not really that impressed. I was suprised to see that Microsoft did not create a GUI of some sort similar to the recycle bin on your computer.
I see that there is a PowerGUI add-in that may hold some promise but I have been unable to get it to work yet.
